Introducing Wednesday Wellness Check-ins: A Peek into My Health Journey

As a Health Coach and Patient Advocate, my mission is to empower others on their path to better health. We all know the journey to wellness is deeply personal and often full of trial and error. That’s why I’m excited to introduce a new recurring feature: Wednesday Wellness Check-ins.

Every Wednesday, I’ll be sharing a snapshot of my own health management practices.
